Our Story...

Her Story
Chana was raised in Yardley, Pennsylvania, where her family serves as Chabad emissaries. Growing up in a warm and close-knit community, she naturally took on a role of involvement and care — helping with programs, connecting with people of all ages, and sharing her radiant warmth with everyone around her. Her childhood home was a place where kindness flowed easily, where Shabbat tables were filled with laughter and song, and where giving to others was simply part of daily life.
From an early age, Chana showed a gentle strength and quiet confidence. Whether she was helping organize an event, teaching younger children, or lending a listening ear, she carried herself with a calm and joyful energy that made people feel instantly comfortable. Her parents’ example of love, leadership, and service deeply shaped her — instilling in her a belief that the greatest form of happiness is found in bringing light to others.
Her journey took her from Yardley to Brooklyn for high school, where she balanced rigorous learning with personal growth and independence. After graduation, she spent a transformative year in Jerusalem, immersed in study, friendship, and reflection. Those months were filled with spiritual discovery and a deepening sense of identity — a time that gave her the clarity and vision she continues to carry with her today.
Returning home, Chana continued to pour her energy into her community while pursuing a degree in business — blending her practical mind with her creative heart. She has a natural gift for leadership, yet she leads with gentleness; she can inspire a room without ever raising her voice. Friends describe her as grounded yet idealistic, with a rare ability to see both the beauty of a moment and the bigger picture it belongs to.
Chana is known for her warmth, sincerity, and grace — the kind of presence that fills a space with light even before she speaks. She has a way of noticing the little things that matter most — a kind word, a thoughtful gesture, the detail that makes someone feel seen and special. She embodies the heart of Bucks County — steady, nurturing, and full of quiet purpose — and brings that same spirit to everything she does.
His Story
Mendel grew up amid the charm and timeless beauty of Rome, Italy, where his parents serve as Chabad Shluchim. From an early age, his home was filled with warmth, meaning, and an open door to all — a spirit of kindness and hospitality that became the heart of who he is. He learned early that life’s greatest joy comes from giving, listening, and finding connection in every encounter.
His curiosity and love of people carried him across the globe — from Antwerp to Toronto, Baltimore to Crown Heights — each place adding new friendships, stories, and lessons that deepened his understanding of Jewish life and the shared human spirit. Those experiences gave him a global heart — rooted in Torah, open to the world, and drawn to people from every background.
After his years in yeshiva, Mendel spent a meaningful year in Tzfat, Israel, guiding and
uplifting students with his caring nature and contagious optimism. Later, in Manhattan, he completed his rabbinic studies while continuing to build his passion for community, learning, and leadership. Whether he’s sharing an idea, offering a helping hand, or making others laugh, Mendel’s sincerity and joy leave a lasting impression.
Those who know him describe Mendel as genuine, upbeat, and thoughtful — someone who brings calm and warmth wherever he goes, often with a quiet smile that says more than words could. He carries with him the essence of Rome — old-world charm, depth of thought, and an open heart for every person he meets.
Together
Now, as they begin this new chapter together, Mendel and Chana look forward to building a home filled with meaning, joy, and shared purpose — a home that welcomes others with love, celebrates life’s moments big and small, and reflects the light and warmth they each bring to the world. Their journey is just beginning, but its melody is already clear — one of faith, laughter, purpose, and the deep happiness that comes from walking life’s path tigether.
